Thermal Deburr Process
Thermal Deburring utilizes instantaneous and very intense heat energy to perform the deburring operation. The Thermal Deburr Process starts by placing parts inside a cylindrical chamber which is sealed, then pressurized with a mixture of combustible gases. The gas mixture completely encloses your parts and removes machining burrs that tumbling cannot. By using the gas as a deburring media no hole is too small, no burr is inaccessible, no surfaces are scratched, and no burr debris, or contaminate missed. Thermal Deburr helps eliminate the costly and timely hand deburr operation.
