Northwest Die Casting has more to offer then just producing aluminum diecasting parts and zinc diecasting parts. We know that for some clients its important to have a more finished product then just the raw casting. Which is why we offer solutions to help our customers save money and time on manufacturing by providing a streamline of processes that reduces expenses but also minimize the headaches that goes with having multiple suppliers. Many of our customers not only use us as a supplier for die castings but also trust us with the task to do secondary operations on their die casting products.

Located in 9510 Tualatin Rd. Tualatin, Oregon 97062 located less then 5min from 1-5 just south of Portland Oregon our facility is 17,000sq.ft with an overhead crane which has the  capacity to lift over 5,000 tons. Easily and accessible unloading dock.

Production
Able to produce as few as 100 diecast parts for our customers and as many as 10,000 diecast parts per shipment.

Size of diecastings
Ability to produce aluminum die cast parts and zinc die casting parts ranging from .001lbs to 10lbs.

Machines
We have aluminum machines and zinc machines ranging from 220tons to 600tons.

In-House tooling capabilities for tooling maintenance, repairs, and modification of existing tools.
